Michael Kors is a globally recognized luxury fashion brand. The modern distribution center in Venlo is the heart of its European logistics operation, where different teams work together every day to receive, process, pack and ship products across Europe.
The distribution center offers a wide range of logistics activities, from receiving and processing incoming goods to order picking, packing and preparing products for shipment. This creates different opportunities within one organization, depending on your experience, skills and interests. You will work in a clean, modern and international environment with colleagues from different countries. English is the main language on the work floor, and teamwork, quality and efficiency are key to the daily operation.
Functie
As a Warehouse Employee, you are an important part of the logistics process. Your exact responsibilities depend on the department you work in.
Your work may include:
• Unloading and receiving incoming goods
• Sorting and storing cartons and products
• Picking and replenishing orders
• Processing and checking returned products
• Performing quality checks
• Packing e-commerce orders
• Ticketing and labeling products
• Preparing cartons and pallets for shipment
• Sorting goods by customer or destination
• Loading trucks and containers
• Working with EPT, OPT, Reach Truck or other warehouse equipment, depending on your experience and department
Some departments involve more physical work, while others focus more on picking, packing, quality control or working with warehouse equipment.

Working Hours
This is a fulltime position of approximately 40 hours per week.
Working hours depend on the department. Most departments operate within different shifts between approximately 06:00 and 20:00.
For example:
• Inbound: shifts between 06:00 – 16:30
• Processing: shifts between 06:00 – 16:30
• VAS: shifts between 07:00 – 17:00
• E-commerce: shifts between 07:00 – 18:00
• Shipping: shifts between 07:00 – 20:00
• Pulling & Put-away: shifts between 06:00 – 20:00
Flexibility regarding working hours is therefore important.

- You are available fulltime, approximately 40 hours per week
- You are motivated and have a hands-on mentality
- You are reliable and take your work seriously
- You work accurately and have attention to detail
- You can work independently as well as within a team
- You are physically able to work in an active warehouse environment
- You speak and understand English
- You are flexible regarding working hours and different activities
- You are able to travel independently to Venlo
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for every department
- Experience with EPT, OPT, Reach Truck or Forklift is an advantage and can open up opportunities in departments such as Inbound, Put-away or Shipping.
Most importantly, we are looking for people who are motivated to work, keep their agreements and are interested in a stable, long-term position.
