For an innovative company in the region of Venlo, we are looking for Greenhouse Workers (Seed Production / Cultivation) who enjoy working with plants and contributing to a high-quality production process. We are looking for a hands-on and physically fit person with a proactive mindset who enjoys working actively throughout the day.

Our client is an international company operating in the agricultural sector, specializing in the cultivation and processing of seeds and plant-based products. Within a modern and well-organized environment, the focus lies on quality, precision, and continuous improvement. You will work in a close-knit team where cooperation and innovation are key.
Functie
As a hands-on and physically fit person with a proactive mindset, you are flexible and mobile, as you may work across different locations (Venlo, Velden, Kessel, Reuver) depending on business needs – this is a normal part of the job and adds variety to your work.
You will support different stages of the cultivation and seed production process. The work is varied and combines both plant care and processing activities.
Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting planting and cultivation activities
• Taking care of plants (e.g. removing side shoots and guiding plants)
• Assisting with harvesting and processing of seeds
• Sorting and preparing products
• Working according to clear instructions and procedures
• Supporting general greenhouse and field activities
Functie-eisen
• You are motivated and enjoy working actively
• You can work both independently and in a team
• You work accurately and have attention to detail
• You are flexible and open to different tasks
• You are physically fit and willing to work in greenhouse and outdoor conditions
• You speak English, Dutch or German
• Experience in agriculture or production is a plus, but not required
Aanbod
• Starting salary of €2,800 gross per month (fulltime)
• 25 paid vacation days per year
• 8.33% holiday allowance
